By using our professional services, you acknowledge that you have accepted the terms and conditions, pricing structure, and that all CV writing services are provided following a personalized electronic consultation and submission of all supporting documents and/or information that you wish to have included in the CV. Changing/adding additional information that was not disclosed during the consultation process, may attract an additional cost.

Fees paid for our services are non-refundable due to the customized nature of the service, which is an individual and unique product that cannot be resold. We do provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. After receiving your new professional pdf format curriculum vitae, you will be prompted to take your time to review and then supply us with a list of changes you require free of charge to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the end product. We allow up to a month for these change request to take place. Should additional changes be required thereafter, an admin fee will be charged.

Turnaround time is currently 3 – 5 working days. We do provide a fast-track service at an additional charge for urgent projects. Visualize Resourcing engages to complete all work within due delivery dates, unless prevented by force majeure. However, if a client is unavailable for the mutually arranged career consultation or unable to provide supporting information, document delivery may be delayed beyond the initial turnaround time. In this case, a new delivery date will be given.

Visualize Resourcing upholds a code of business ethics to include a strict client confidentiality policy. Personal information will never be sold, shared or disclosed to any third party unless specifically authorised to do so by the client – for example as in forwarding a client’s CV to a partner recruitment consultant., or registering it on any websites without prior written consent.
